DAI Week nr. 9 ~ Bergamo & Milano (North Italy). August 22 till August 30, 2022
Introduction
This month DAI returns to Bergamo (and by extension to Milan), where we will wind up a prolific year of study, including some constructive "COOP-conflicts", as always soothed by the DAI community's commitment to conviviality and care. Now is the time to share our research findings in the context of the COOP study groups with each other and with the public.
Hosted for most of our days at BACO (BaseArteContemporaneaOdierna) and in close collaboration with Sara Benaglia (DAI, 2020) & with Archive Sites, we will be presenting COOP SUMMIT 2022 (August 26, 27, 28) with Roaming Assembly#30 presents sonsbeek Council#4, A Blues For The Tired, Salty, Essential Worker (August 28) integrated in the three-day polymorphic event.
The 29th of August will also mark the end of the two year study trajectory of our beloved second year students celebrated in our annual Farewell Ceremony. Gabriëlle Schleijpen & Margret Wibmer (standing in for Rik Fernhout) will be leading the Farewell Ceremony together with the DAI's crew and the entire student body 2021-2022.
But before this cathartic moment arrives, there is a full program ahead of us with August 23,24 & 25 reserved for the preparations for COOP SUMMIT 20202, additionally offering us time to wrap this academic year's COOP study trajectories.
