In light of the current pandemic restrictions we adapt the ways we study together.
Kindled by the entirety of our community's responsive modes towards convening both remotely as well as in the flesh, this edition of our Bulletin welcomes a rather diluted timeline structure which – unlike the previously conceived DAI week timeline – allows encounters to be pervaded throughout the two months.
JULY 1 - AUGUST 22
COOP study groups:
During this last period of collective work, each study group will be using their time to finalise the outcome of the project and collectively shape its activation for COOP SUMMIT 2020 (to take place during introduction week, September 2020).
DAI will be embracing the various formats devised by each study group as meaningful gestures that negotiate their relation to the screen (or other) tools, engage with the singular and the collective and allow for other rhythms to infuse the study.
Each COOP’s Month to Month announcements will continue offering elaborate formulations on the study groups’ scheduled encounters. Reverberations of those occurrences will resume on our student led curated Chronicles page.
For July, COOP Study Groups gatherings will be conducted online with the exception of Sotto Voce: Tactics, Signals and Slips of Desire meeting in Amsterdam and flesh for their final workweek.
For August, COOP Study Groups gatherings will be conducted in flesh in Amsterdam, Utrecht and Berlin accompanied by additional online sessions if required. Study group CHUSMA: a dirty editorial will convene online after a collective decision to cancel their scheduled gathering in Barcelona.
