Abstract

This research wanders through matters like vibration, performativity, listening, movement and poetic writing by using echoing as an epistemological practice. Through phenomenology, new materialism, queer theory and linguistics is looked at how the echo appears as repetition with iteration and persistent becoming. It allows us to perceive matter, sound and histories as collective and continuous and to reorient towards time and delay, space and spiralling vibrations, materiality and decay, language and loss or accumulation of meaning.
