Wanderley Santos

Wanderley Santos is an intercultural psychodynamic psychotherapist and counsellor. He holds a Master’s degree in psychodynamic psychotherapy from the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, London, UK. In Brazil, his home country, Wanderley holds a degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo under the supervision of Suely Rolnik. He is interested in race and transgenerational slavery trauma, as well as questions around gender and transsexuality. Currently, Wanderley works as a counsellor at the Student Welfare and Support Service at the University of Oxford, is a visiting lecturer at Goldsmith, University of London, a facilitator for an experiential group at the Minster Centre and a psychotherapist facilitator for a workshop concerning race and mental health at the BLAM-UK.
