Frederic J. Schwartz
Frederic J. Schwartz is Professor of History of Art and Architecture at University College London. His publications include The Werkbund: Design Theory and Mass Culture Before the First World War (1996), Blind Spots: Critical Theory and the History of Art in Twentieth-Century Germany (2005) and ReNew Marxist Art History (co-editor, 2013). An editor of the Oxford Art Journal, he is currently a Leverhulme Research Fellow.
