Maarten Bakker
Maarten Bakker has been with SOMO since April 2016, and a freelance journalist since 1991, specializing in politics, economic affairs, globalization, Indonesian affairs and law. He has covered the political news from the Dutch parliament in The Hague, writes on court cases, and produces international features for various Dutch newspapers. He is a member of Cerberus Press Agency, an association for freelance journalists in The Netherlands.
