My Dear Friend Kay, Here’s a Story about a Painter Named Nashar

The Jurnal Karbon is an online-based journal that uses multidisciplinary perspectives to discussing issues ranging from urban society to its contemporary art.

Gesyada Annisa Namora Siregar was born in Medan, June 12th, 1994. Currently playing and studying at faculty of Fine Arts in Jakarta Institute of Arts (IKJ). Selected for Indonesia Young Curators Workshop organized by ruangrupa and Jakarta Arts Council in 2013, she initiated Buka Warung, a young female artists collective from Jakarta, and she’s part of Jakarta 32°C, a division of ruangrupa focusing in students networking through forum and visual arts festival.

In September (preparations) and November (DAI 's temporary re-location to Indonesia) 2015 Gesyada acted as our local project-assistant during our Roaming Academy Transaction Arnhem Jakarta
