Rana Hamadeh will be in conversation with Carolina Rito to discuss her new film commission The Sleepwalkers, the latest chapter in her ongoing project Alien Encounters.

Carolina Rito is a researcher and curator currently teaching in the Visual Cultures Department at Goldsmiths, University of London. Carolina’s research focuses on the conjunctions of curatorial studies, exhibition histories, and contemporary art practice and theory in the field of visual culture.
The Sleepwalkers is co-commissioned by Nottingham Contemporary, The Showroom (London) and Institute of Modern Art (Brisbane), in collaboration with Flat Time House (London) and Primary (Nottingham). The project is generously supported by The Mondriaan Fund, The Embassy of the Netherlands, The Keir Foundation, The Elephant Trust and Maria Sukkar. With additional support from B Squared Foundation, Maya Rasamny and Zaha Hadid Foundation.
