NOVEMBER 25 : MONDAY

Arrival students & tutors & guests in Arnhem.

13:00 - 14:00 communal lunch in the DAI's cantina.

14:00 - 21:00 CO-OP ACADEMY : our 34 students splits up for 3 different projects

Publishing Class IV: Community in Print with Casco; Yolande van der Heide and Pages ( Nasrin Tabatabai and Babak Afrassiabi have been collaborating together under the name Pages since 2004).

November 26: TUESDAY

09:30 - 18:00 Face to face tutorials: all students

Location: DAI-spaces on all floors

One on one meetings between students and (guest) tutors. This week with Nasrin Tabatabai, Babak Afrassiabi, Grant Watson, Wendelien van Oldenborgh, Tanja Baudoin, Sara van der Heide, Renée Ridgway, Anke Bangma, Doreen Mende, Theo Eshetu, Steven Ten Thije, Ruth Noack,  Mercedes Azpilicueta, Teresa Diaz Nerio, Taf Hassam, Yota Ioannidou, Eva Olthof, Padraig Robinson and Vittoria Soddu.

16.45 - 17.45  Meeting between the NVAO installed Audit - committee ( present at the DAI for a two day long evaluation of our programme) consisting of Jesseka Bateau, Yvonne Dröge Wendel, Melissa Gronlund, Tom Holert, Rene Kloosterman and Geert van Mil and the  so-called "professional field": Anke Bangma, Frederique Bergholtz, Binna Choi, Ruth Noack, Steven Ten Thije.

19.30 - 20.30 Meeting between the NVAO installed Audit - committee and DAI alumni, Mercedes Azpilicueta (DAI,2013) Teresa Diaz Nerio (DAI,2009) Taf Hassam (DAI, 2010) Yota Ioannidou (DAI,2009) Eva Olthof (DAI,2011) Vittoria Soddu (DAI,2012).

Concurrently: 19:30 - 20:30 Final Lecture Presentation: Reversed anthropology: thoughts on practice by Yoeri Guepin (DAI,2013) Location: DAI-auditorium

20.30 - 21.00 The NVAO installed Audit - committee will tour the venue and on their way meet with Tanja Baudoin: DUTCH ART INSTITUTE ISTANBUL (documentary presentation in the computerroom) and Anna Dasovic, Yoeri Guepin, Sarah Jones and Padraig Robinson: NOTHING GOES THROUGH MY MIND ( exhibition on the ground floor, initiated, curated and installed by these four alumni and students).  

 

NOTHING GOES THROUGH MY MIND: Sarah Jones presents a large vinyl on the windows of DAI's entrance, permeating outside and inside space. The large scale of the text addresses its reader with an intimate desire.
