Myriam Taouriri (Koozina Garden)
Myriam was raised in a family of chefs and cooks. After a masters degree in business law, and working a few years in communications, she decided to go back to her family’s city and open her own restaurant in Essaouira. She has been sharing her love for cuisine ever since.
