Emilija Paciūnaitė

Emilija Paciūnaitė is a photographer and a video artist with a Bachelor’s degree from the Sculpture department of the Vilnius Academy of Arts.

Their practice explores relationships between landscape, the layers of reality and fiction (imagination, altered state of consciousness), as well as dreams and myths.

Through image manipulation, they create situations where the reflection of reality opens up another dimension; where seeing and believing blur together and objects become both spectators and actors, changing thus the perception of events.
