Giulia Tognon

Giulia turned to cooking after working in the arts as editor, producer and curator. Based in Paris, she regularly embarks on nomadic cooking adventures with Georgia Lahiff. They met in the kitchen of the American Academy in Rome and together they feed ephemeral communities gathered around artists residencies and festivals.

Giulia loves making simple, nourishing and seasonal food and finds joy in the logistics and mess of crowded meals, large pots and platters to share. .
