Luana La Fauci

Born in Messina, Luana is Lipari island-based archaeologist specialized in Classic Archaeology and a tourist guide. She has worked in various excavations in Italy and abroad and specialized in the study of archaeological materials. Currently collaborates with the Aeolian Archaeological Museum "L. Bernabò Brea" in Lipari and is involved in preventive archaeological surveillance in the territory. Since 2020, she also promotes and manages Villa Santa Lucia's cultural activities and events on Lipari Island.

 

 

On Friday the 12th of May, 2023 Luana La Fauci will contribute to the introduction day organised to give local context to the DAI's landing on the island of Salina for DAI-Week 7
