Sophia Braddel
Sophia is a vegetarian chef, researcher and artist currently based in Rome, Italy. She works within the intersections of food, feminism and sustainable agriculture to feed liminal communities. Her Eastern European background informs her practices in fermentation and she strives to find wild, edible food in any new environment.
