Ye Xu
Ye Xu is a graphic designer and an animator and comic artist to-be, dedicated to public education on popular science and indigenous culture.
He distinctly recalls the moment when his first film work finally made sense to his mother – an ordinary farmer like many other residents in the mountainous village where he grew up – although his occupation as a designer is still out of her comprehension.
His first stop-motion animation revolves around empathy.
