Areumnari Ee

Areumnari Ee (b. 1986) is a multidisciplinary artist who is interested in the processes and concepts of grieving, memory, digital afterlife and transcendence of existence. The artist attempts to reimagine encounters between humans and non-humans to do with loss, remembrance and recovery. “Mutation” serves as a metaphor for existence beyond the limits of the spatiotemporal as well as that of the physical body. She lives and works in South Korea.
