Clara Winter was born in a country that no longer exists. After beeing rejected at several acting schools they eventually pursued video art at Kunsthochschule Kassel, École Supérieur des Beaux Arts, Toulouse, LUCA School of Arts Brüssel. They became Meisterschülerin of Bjørn Melhus.

Miiel Ferráez multifuncional tool born in Mexico. They learnt English in Venezuela and became a small town emopunk star in Ocoyoacac, Mexico. Their video, sound and performative pieces work mainly with and against the medium of power.

Clara and Miiel have worked as a duo since 2014 in documentative performances around postcolonial and neoliberal relations.

In 2019 they won the German Short Film Award(experimental) and in 2021 they received a Master from the Dutch Art Institute.
