Quirine Lengkeek
Quirine Lengkeek is a sociologist, human rights defender, and queer feminist activist. She works for CHOICE for Youth and Sexuality as international advocacy coordinator, advocating for Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) at the United Nations.
As an expert in meaningful participation and advocacy, she aims to make the UN and other decision-making bodies closer to home, a more accessible space for those often excluded from the conversation.
Quirine is also the chairwoman of knowledge platform SekswerkExpertise, which consists of academics, health professionals, and (former) sex worker activists. Entering the organisation as a young professional, she has build her expertise and network on all things sex work policy and regularly speaks, writes and consults on the topic.
