Koen Scheffer
Koen Scheffer finds joy in making and/or serving food from local food networks. He is all for making sustainable and ethical food, accessible to all and as a means to humanise our consumption, pollute less and support local producers.
Koen usually works as a waiter (brasserie, buffet, fine-dining, traditional) and tries to regularly give a hand in kitchens at non-profit events.
In the past he has assisted cooking at Refuge de Créations du Rupt de Bamont, an artist residency in Saulxures-sur-Moselotte and Les Barlos in Nancy, an organisation promoting detainees rehabilitation.
