Lucía Egaña Rojas
Lucia's work can be considered bizarre, scavenging and hybrid, and can be understood as a stance, a (discursive-creative) activity, a methodology and a sum of devices that take different forms. Experiments that range from informal pedagogies (a workshop in a civic centre, for example) to the publication of a text (in the press, books, fanzines or in a blog), from carrying out manual activities (collage, crafts) to practices of domestic witchcraft (tarot readings or rituals), or even videos or installations in their most larval state.
Lucía has a background in arts, aesthetics and documentary filmmaking and she has a PhD in Audiovisual Communication. She writes and researches on issues related to feminism and transfeminism, representation, postpornography, technology, free software and error.
