For her project "TEXT/TEXTILE; crocheting for beginners in critical theory", artist Vita Buivid (DAI, 2020) organized a series of workshops and gatherings during which she invited volunteers to collectively work on a large crocheted artwork and discuss topics such as ageism, resilience and longevity. Together, participants worked through the social fabric of our time and knitted together the spaces that seem to separate us from each other. The end result, large crocheted panels with inserted texts is still to be seen at the exhibition "TEXT/TEXTILE; not (too) old, not (too) young" - till 10 December - in the chapel of HMK
