On the 19th of February 2026 the "Slow Technology Reader" was launched at Looiersgracht 60 in Amsterdam with a Weaving Performance by our fantastic alumn Gleb(s) Maiboroda (DAI 2021-2023), who also contributed to the book, published by Valiz and edited by author Carolyn F. Strauss. The reader brings together a myriad of perspectives on technological futures, including feminist, queer, indigenous, activist and ecological practices. At a time when the digital reaches into nearly every facet of planetary existence, this book aims to disrupt and recalibrate how we think about and relate/live with technology, illuminating more expansive pathways forward.
