Varvara Spilt
Varvara Spilt is an artist from Ukraine working across video, text, performance and sound. At the moment, she is researching on various forms of violence and care in relation to geological bodies and soil. She likes shaky recordings, questionable audio quality and making lengthy, diaristic things in an attempt to blur the lines between the speculative and the real, the intimate and the collective. Spilt also programs film screenings in Vilnius and co-curates the Archeologija radio show.
