2025 - 2026 FACTORY student led: CARE CIRCLE: HOLDING THE DARKNESS

It will be dark.
As the sun’s energy within and around us fades, shadows stretch longer. This is intensified by DAI Confluences, which can be hard on both mind and body. We invite you to gather around an altar of feelings— healing and care, as artists and activists. To share dreams and desires. 

We call upon the exhausted and healers alike, those who long for a kind, no-bullshit space, the broken-open, the curious — to come and be together. Let’s soften the edges — between mind and body, language and touch, the personal and the political, the healer and the one in need.

We’ll begin with a conversation circle, guided by Agnese & Noah, touching on

• The difference between art & healing

• Collectivising regulation

• The mental hygiene of the healer 

• Yourself. How are you doing? What do you need?

We’ll continue with practical care work — first, meeting and befriending our shadows, holding the unknown within us. Then we’ll exchange healing touch in a playful way, to remind ourselves that medicine is also art.

We ask that you join sober and on time, we will accept new people in the first 30 minutes and after we will keep a closed group to create a more intimate space for the practices.
