MORNING: 

1st years: Kitchen Coaching: f2f meetings first-years with Quinsy Gario

13:00 LUNCH

Lunch will be delivered to all student accommodations between 13:00 and 13:30.

Kaste will contact you via group app to inform when it arrives.
Students having Kitchen Coaching with Quinsy are to help with packing and cleaning at Centrale Fies

ARRIVAL TO Centrale Fies - towards Farewell Ceremony:

16:00 SHARP -  ALL 1st years are to arrive at Centrale Fies. Please check local bus time schedule and arrive on time.

Once at Centrale Fies, DAI members will share instructions and escort you to the location. 

16:15 - 2nd years ALL READY - DAI bus departs from Hotel SOLE Arco and make stops in the following locations  - NO DELAYS.

  • HOTEL SOLE, Arco 

Pick up location: 5 min walk, be in time the bus can stop 10 min only

Upon arrival tat CF, 2nd years will be escorted to the farewell location (outdoor private area, 20 min comfortable walking distance).

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU:

  • Comfortable shoes for walking!

You can bring your party shoes and put them on at the location

  • Mosquito repellent!
  • Sun lotion / hats
  • Bottle of water (you can fill them in at CF)
  • A piece of fabric or a towel to lie on, if you have one.

17:30 - Farewell Ceremony

20:00 - DINNER

Dinner will take place at Centrale Fies after the Farewell Ceremony.
After dinner - 1st years are guided by Kaste for a super fast overall cleaning (30 min max) - please all be there to get it done and start the partyyy!

PARTY:

Party is to come after dinner at CF. 

The party will end at 01:00 SHARP. 

DRINKS:

During dinner each of you get 2 coupons from Kaste for drinks (2 = cocktail, 1 = anything else).

After that, you could purchase drinks from the BAR in the same special price as the previous days. 

PLEASE do not bring your own drinks at the party. 

This comes very much as a request from CF and in order to support the team working at the BAR.
