To record my voice.

Voicing yourself powerfully is freeing. All that is trapped inside comes out, the beauty and the ugly or maybe they are not so different from each other.

How many voices do you have? Too many.

My voice changes.

I have been thinking a lot about the damage done by abstraction.

My biggest problem is the “compressed” voice. No space between the past and future.

Squished between past and future.

Create space to breathe in the present moment.
