An essay-walk in the old part of the city of Nicosia that will offer a re-imagination of the peripheral and ephemeral forms of nomadic ecologies and the sedimentary accumulation of colonial splinters found in the terrains vagues and ruins scattered around. The event aims at navigating through the asymmetrical colonial and neoliberal contamination of the site by attuning to overlooked subtleties through non-exclusionary forms of narration. The walk will be followed by a gathering and a reading at the artist’s studio.

Attendees are advised to wear closed shoes and long trousers.
