Proctocol to Request Previous Theses
This is the protocol for current students to access previous theses.
As part of the DAI educational program, students may request access to previous students' theses to support their research and learning. To maintain academic integrity, respect for intellectual property, and proper attribution, the following protocol outlines the conditions and responsibilities for accessing and using these documents.
1. Requesting Access
-
Students may request access to a maximum of 10 theses over the two-year duration of their study.
-
Requests should be made in writing to the Educational Team Leader.
2. Format and Delivery
-
Approved theses will be shared with students in PDF format via email.
-
No printed or editable versions will be provided.
3. Usage Restrictions
-
Students are prohibited from sharing, distributing, or reproducing the theses in any form without prior written consent from the original author(s).
-
Content from the theses may not be used directly (e.g., quoted, paraphrased) without:
-
Proper citation of the author and DAI program as the source institution.
-
Consultation with the author, where appropriate, to confirm consent for the use of
their work.
-
6. Acknowledgment
Students who request access to theses must sign a declaration acknowledging their understanding and acceptance of this protocol before receiving the requested documents.
