Tiziano Iervolino
Tiziano Iervolino (1991) is an Amsterdam-based chef and sound designer with a background in Arts and Multimedia. Born in Naples, he learned from the rich and diverse food cultures in Southern Italy. He has been working as a professional chef for 5 years across a wide range of kitchens. Inspired by holistic visions on nutrition and health, Tiziano specialises in vegan food that draws upon flavours from various culinary traditions. Amongst other restaurants, Tiziano has worked for Mediamatic and Maris Piper.
