1. For activities with designated seating (permanent seat, or other designated places), but without triage and reservation

Diploma presentations, performances and concerts are allowed again, provided a permanent seat is offered, in accordance with the 1.5m rules

For example, exhibitions are allowed again, provided there is enough room to enforce the 1.5-m rule.

The RIVM draws up an advisory report on the conditions under which this is possible. This assessment framework will soon be available. It will incorporated in the choral protocol and in the instructions to the security regions.
