We are SUPER-proud and SUPER-happy for Olivia Abächerli (DAI, 2019) who, on the 9th of November, won one of Switzerland's important and very substantial prizes for the visual arts: the "Unterwaldner Preis für bildende Kunst 2018". The jury was surprised and impressed by Olivia's subversive as well as witty installation "Vertical Movement Gym Department Model".
The jury stated that with this work, Olivia mediated her philosophical and political ideas, both concisely and poetically.
