BA (Hons) Fine Art at Liverpool School of Art and Design are pleased to announce that their new External Examiner is Gabriëlle Schleijpen.

'Gabriëlle is Head of the Masters Programme in Fine Art at the Dutch Art Institute / MFA ArtEZ – one of the most experimental and cutting edge Masters Programmes in Europe. Gabrielle is a committed academic who is looking forward to building links with our Programme and helping us to continue moving our Fine Art Programme into the future. The photograph shows Gabriëlle at a dinner prepared for her by Fine Art Student Reps at Metal art space in Liverpool.'

The ongoing research carried out by the network called The Autonomy-Project is particularly important to our program. It connects us to a great bunch of critical thinkers and makers; "a communism of intelligences" (to quote Franco Berardi, guest speaker at the Autonomy-project symposium, October 2011)
