Emiel Martens
Emiel Martens (1980) is lecturer at the Department of Media Studies of the University of Amsterdam, where he is currently conducting a PhD research on Jamaican film. In 2007 he published his first book Once Were Warriors: The Aftermath – The Controversy of OWW in Aotearoa New Zealand (Aksant Academic Publishers).
